Tried to check-in at 12 midday, told that I couldn't check-in until 3pm. I very much doubt that the hotel wasn't at full capacity nor that there wasn't a room available at that time. I suspect that it was just that staff couldn't be bothered to go above and beyond.

Good location. They gave me a room for just one person, with one duvet and one pillow, but I had paid for two people. I had to go to the front desk twice to get another duvet. No telephone in the room.

We lived the bar area and parking garage with the lift to the hotel being right outside the parking garage. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! Unfortunately, they charge an extra 15 euros per person (only booked the room in my husband name) and parking was an extra 11 euros. And check out was extremely busy with only one girl checking everyone out. But other than that, it was good

Could be lovely - some staff need training!!

Arrived 2 twin rooms booked for 4 people clear in booking. One queen and a twin no issues could make it work. BUT twin set up for one person they were adamant booking was for one person despite me showing booking. Getting extra bedding and towels was a nightmare gave up until later in evening when staff changed and they were more helpful. They just could not be bothered to help everything seemed too much and they were right despite booking clearly stating what we had booked. Even said we could pay for the 4th person in the morning - which we obv refused as booked and paid for 4 people. Could be lovely but staff need to be more helpful and recognise their mistakes.

Just OK

Room was fine. Locating the hotel was nit easy. Poorly identified. Parking in the train station garage is very good once you find the hotel and ask. Breakfast was not good. Very noisy, cramped, no forks, one knife, both coffee machines were not working, the hot water from one machine was pale brown, one egg and 5 sausages, etc, etc., In short, there are better places to stay.

I like Premier Inns this was a very up market Premier Inn. More space better facilities quiet rooms but no character. Situation is very good over looks train station. 15 minutes from old town which is nice with good bars. Stopped here to tick off Leichenstien (not worth going except new country) can get bus there from nearby BS or main BS 10 mins away. Town itself worth visiting on its own

Check in was simple and efficient. Room was very nice and very clean. The only downside of the stay was the breakfast. It just wasn't very good. 2nd morning there were no pastries for some reason the the hot food was like warm at best. Orange juice was some sort of diluted mixture. Take away the breakfast and everything was fine.

Good Modern Budget Hotel

Feldkirch was a good base for exploring Liechtenstein. Night Inn, right next to the train station was a great location with convenient and easy to use buses nearby. The hotel was modern and quite nice for the price.
