The facility is a new construction, therefore, it's being kept in pristine condition. I was very comfortable in my suite; one night stay. I particularly like that the bedroom is a comfortable distance from the living room/kitchenette area. The location is convenient; not isolated. I hope to find another reason to visit Fayetteville and stay at Apt Suites; it's suitable for everyone. The price is affordable; for now. Hopefully they expand to more vacation/beach areas. STAFF: Sherri was a professional representative of the company; thoroughly explained policies and amenities. She was thoughtful by suggesting I use a cart to carry my luggage.

great space and clean rooms! Service was quick and wmployees were nice! Our key didnt work one day which was annoying to get rectified, the fire alarm accidentally went off on another, and be aware that the walls are paper thin so if u have a close neighbor you will hear them. Other that that we enjoyed our stay.
