Charming Falmouth Heights Steps to Beach

Prime location in Falmouth Heights! Steps from beloved Falmouth Heights beach, the Black Dog Café, Shipwrecked, and the finish line to the Falmouth Road Race! We are also a short walk to the Island Queen Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, the Falmouth Yacht Club, and much more!

Our home offers an upgraded kitchen with island opening up to living area. 2 bedrooms and full, newly upgraded bathroom. Washer/Dryer. With lovely water views, you can watch the ferries and boats pass in the Sound and overlook the park directly across the street.

Our beautiful home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 very comfortably, and up to 6 with living room Queen sleeper. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has twin bunk beds. We also have a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Please note, This is the 1st floor of a 2 family home. While the above unit may be occupied, this unit has it's own private entryway, patio, driveway, and outdoor space.


Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Clean property stocked with what you need and great location. It really is steps from the beach! A few small items needed addressed but I’m sure the owner will correct before you get there. Falmouth is a great town to spend a day shopping and eating, and Woods Hole is fun to explore as well. Our limited time left us wanting more!

Had a great stay at this VRBO. The house was spotless and in a fabulous location. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the owner responded immediately to our few messages. We will be staying there again
