The room was great, The menu needs to be better in the restaurant. We have been coming there for over 15 years at new years. They have taken the fireworks, the activities for kids. It’s really sad. For the price of the room it should be better. We may look at a new location next year. :(

The property is dated but proximity from rooms to hot springs makes it worthwhile. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Area is beautiful for walking. Overall, a good stay!

Really good experience. Best hot springs. But the restaurants close by 10pm and they have very less option for a vegetarian ( eggless). If u would go next time then i would pack my dinner.

Everything is good friendly and helpful staff I love the early check in so I can use the hot pool this is the reason why I go to this place even the weather is not guaranteed if nice or not it’s just so inconvenient on winter when it’s winter to drive to but this time is perfect the only thing that I noticed the room that I had in there is no curtain in the shower bathtub so the water is splashing all over the floor outside the bathtub.
