Troy at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Our room was clean, charming and ready for us when we arrived. The little breakfast in the morning looked great- well set up. We just grabbed coffee -but it seemed like other guests were enjoying the food. I would stay here again.

Small delightful hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are unusual, ours had lovely bath with two sinks and a jacuzzi tub plus a stall shower. Cozy corner fireplace, too! Nice breakfast room and lobby, fresh flowers and nice Christmas decorations. Close to major attractions like Longwood Gardens, and several nice restaurants. Would surely recommend!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel lobby decked out with holiday decorations and a warm fire were very welcoming. The ability to sit in the dining room (primarily used for the free breakfast) during outside hours was appreciated. The breakfast was so much better than the breakfast those provided free by other hotels...many more offerings.

Because everything was handled via text (check in, door codes) we were delighted to see a human being behind the desk when we arrived. This is a very charming small hotel close to Longwood Gardens (10 minute drive). We received a text shortly before arriving with our room and passcode to get in. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. We reserved the honeymoon suite for the grand sum of $222/night. The room was beautiful and had a working gas fireplace, which was perfect given very low temps when we visited. There is a very full complimentary continental breakfast (waffles, pastries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, donuts, coffee, tea and juice, etc.). The hotel is also close to a number of restaurants (some within walking distance.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are back this way.

Look no further. If you are in the area...STAY HERE. Everything you need for a night of a few days. Clean, convenient, great location, walkable restaurants, and priced below what I would expect to pay. I would 1000% stay here again. In fact my wife and I discussed coming back to the area to visit partly because of this great place to stay.
