Voerst nie wieder!!!

Da an dem Tag woanders in Ettlingen nichts frei war, mussten mein Arbeitskollege und ich dort bleiben. Haben uns sofort beschwert. Wenn das Personal am nächsten Morgen nicht so nett und zuvorkommend gewesen wäre, dann würde ich hier "Komplettversagen" bescheinigen. Katastrophe! Total abgewohnt! Im Internet hatte es einen viel positiveren Anschein. Nicht blenden lassen! Betten, Toilette und Dusche waren augenscheinlich sauber. Der Rest reine Katastrophe. Mobiliar uralt, Teppich voller Flecken, Gardine vergilbt und zerrissen, Fensterverriegelung funktioniert nicht richtig, Fernseher läuft nur mit starken Störungen (bisschen am Kabel wackeln und hoffen, dass das Bild nicht verpixelt....) Tip an's Hotelmanagement: renoviert mal komplett durch und kommuniziert dies auch im Netz !!

Bad zu klein, Duschabtrennung schimmelig, Waschbecken und WC Kalkflecken, WC Eisenrostflecke (braun), Mobiliar billig und älter, Matratzen durchgelegen, Gardinen schmutzig, Teppichboden abgenutzt und dreckig, Staub auf altem Telefon im Nachtschrank unteres Fach, Zimmer war bei Anreise kalt--Heizung wurde mit Hammer in Gang gebracht, Dusche morgens kein warmes Wasser. Flure und Rezeption Rauchgeruch. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis war nicht gegeben. Wir waren enttäuscht sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Das Hotel ist dem Alter entsprechend. Wen das nicht Stört, der kann günstig nächtigen. Das Bett und das Bad sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fußboden ist aus alten Dielen mit Teppich überzogen, daher hört man das Holz arbeiten beim gehen.

EC Kartenzahlung nicht möglich Kein Frühstück Am Duschkopf eine dicke Kalkschicht, schwarze Flecken im Silikon, die Seifenverpackung war schon offen? In den Zimmern richt es seltsam, im ganzen Treppenhaus richt es nach Rauch, in der Rezeption wird geraucht. Zusätzlich alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Kartenlesegerät war angeblich defekt (oder nicht vorhanden), also war nur Barzahlung möglich. W-Lan war nicht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft, fehlte also nicht unangekündigt, wäre aber trotzdem schön gewesen. Die Fußböden knarren beim drüberlaufen und die Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen. Ein Fön war nicht vorhanden, der Snackautomat minimal bestückt. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Die Leistung wird dem Preis nicht gerecht.

Er is geen receptie, eigenaar moet gebeld worden bij aankomst. Incheck op een rommelig en vies kantoor. Bedlinnen en bedtextiel was schoon, kamer uit de jaren 30. Ontbijt was inbegrepen, afgesproken om 07.30 uur te ontbijten. Niemand aanwezig, 5 keer gebeld en werd niet opgenomen. Vertrokken zonder ontbijt. Kortom een horror hotel!
