Estepona Marina area was a great place

Condo was very good! Well stocked and comfy beds! Only the pool area was closed as was the green area. We would rent here again!

Estepona Experience

We stayed for two weeks in Estepona at Fabrice's aparment. It was on the second floor and had a good view of the swimming pool and a partial view of the Mediterranean. The apartment is quiet (good for sleeping) contained all the basic needs and was quite comfortable. The TV had many stations in English, the heating and AC worked well, there was ample refridgerator space, and plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, close to the marina with its shops and restaurants, close to a smaller more secluded beach, provided easy access to the main beach and promenade, and grocery stores were nearby. This apartment is basic, provides few frills, so if you want luxury, this apartment is not for you. If you want comfort and cleanliness at a reasonable price, don't hesitate.

Estepona

The apartment was well equipped and clean, except the balcony to which the ’sand storm’ days brought lots of dust and sand. The separately paid cleaning covered only inside. Also the linen and towels had bad smell and we had to ask fresh ones or wash them ourselves. We had bad luck, as the neighbour did renovation and the drilling and then hacking with hammer etc continued at least a week or more - we should have been at least warned in advance and given discount if still would wanted to stay in this place. Also the apartment heating was very stuffy and bothered us a lot. The situation is ok - less than 5 munutes walk to the shore where you find some quite good restaurants and some 15-20 minutes to Estepona old town. Also two crocery shops were nearby. Unfortunately during our stay they had closed the path beside the ocean because of renovation and one couldn’t walk there at all.
