Eastern Louisiana Vacation Packages

The rooms were clean, large and modern. Everything else was terrible. Staff not friendly, key cards did not work repeatedly, lobby is stinky and old, and worst part, there was construction next door with bright lights on all night and loud work starting 6am. They need to let people know about this during booking.

I just Didn't love it this time.The hotel itself is beautiful.If the rooms are clean. The only staff that was friendly were the doorman and bellhops. The restaurant was bare minimal and you would only use it for convenience. They had maybe 4 things on the menu open for breakfast, but only open for dinner on the weekends. There is no movie channels or pay-per-view. There is no room service. We have to ask 3 times in 1 day to get toilet paper delivered to our room. There was a party on saturday at the pool that lasted 45 hours and was nothing but loud rap music that could be Heard all over the hotel and was so annoying that I almost couldn't stand it. They used to serve tea in the lobby, but now it's only water which is still nice. But less than. There's just nothing extra. With this hotel anymore and we will book elsewhere next time.

Staff is terrible no help at all had me on the street if it wasn’t for me seeing the Hilton across the street I’d be sleeping outside until a room was available they don’t accommodate u well and lie give fake names and stuff

Wonderful stay at the Grenoble House! We will be back! The staff were friendly, the hotel was close to everything but quiet, and the courtyard was everything. Immaculate vibes and gorgeous room.
