We booked a room on Expedia for 2 adults and 3 kids. It was supposed to be a suite with pullout sofa. When we arrived, they did not have any suites available. They did make accommodations by providing us with a cot (which they charged us for). The cot took up the entire walkway of the room, so it was near impossible to get to the bathroom. That night both elevators broke, and we had to shuffle down the stairs with our giant suitcase. (My husband had a heart attack in October, so this was less than ideal.

Clean room, pleasant staff. The breakfast lady was super friendly. Only complaint was our bed was very squeaky and noisy. Comfortable but every time we rolled over or the kids moved in the other bed it made a noise.
