Classic Ibis, value for money, nothing fancy obviously, but super clean, very well kept, practical and surprisingly good breakfast and very friendly staff. Location is really good, all of Epernay centre is within walking distance, in fact right outside the door. Metered parking on the street, free from Saturday evening til Monday morning.

A very good stay in the central city district. All amenities are very close. Staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to answering questions beyond the hotel needs. Hotel comfortable and clean. No cause for complaint. The room modern with a good bed and the bathroom is in a very workable format. We would return here again without concern. A great stay.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

Hotel has a good location with easy walking access to restaurants and sites of interest - we used the municipal car park which is underground and directly opposite the hotel but it is expensive - circa 25 euros per night. The bedroom was small - not much room for a suitcase.

A well maintained hotel with rooms typical for a city hotel. Small, compact and clean. Breakfast was plentiful but we struggled to find restaurants nearby. The hotel position was perfect for exploring around Epernay and although there was no parking at the hotel, the Centre Ville parking was just across the square.

Marc and Gérard were so helpful and welcoming to us, arriving after a long drive and confused about the parking. We brought our dog and she got a welcome pack and gift, which included local vet info in case it is needed. Good location to have a walk around town and find dinner. Bike lockers much appreciated. Would stay again if we did a stopover in Epernay.
