The room was not cleaned, the front desk staff had to come up to replace bedding with clean sheets, clean and provide clean towels and remove trash. The room did not have adequate lighting in the living room, the refrigerator temperature control knob was broken so anything you put in the refrigerator was frozen and the bedroom curtain is broken. when you try to raise it only one side comes up so the curtain is crooked and can't be completely raised.

I must say that you have a hard worker in Marlo. When we were coming in late she was coming back to work after already working all day because there was noone else to work. And when we left at 11am she was still at work. Give that girl a raise!!!!!

Room was fine. Front desk night staff was just friendly enough but seemed put-out to do anything and oddly 86 with a lot of products. Ice machine, none. Tooth paste? Forgetaboutit. Waffle batter, TTTHHHICK. Elevator, of course smelt like cigarettes
