The room that I was put in had bed bugs and when I brought it to the attention of the staff all they did was say sorry they didn't offer a discount they didn't offer a refund nothing I would like to request a refund. They're also were tons of cockroaches the floors were dirty the bathroom looked like it had recently flooded sheets look like they hadn't been cleaned in months the blanket was actually a curtain. When I first arrived the manager came outside as I was getting things out of my truck and asked me what I was doing there. Someone got hit with a hammer in the head one of the nights.

I checked into the property around 10:30pm. First thing I saw in my room was at least 4 roaches. I went back to the front desk turned in my key and left. The staff wasn't rude at all. The facility is infested with roaches. Totally unacceptable.
