The first room they gave us was very obviously not ready for habitation; one bed was tipped up against the wall and the other bed had no mattress. The second room's heat seemed to be totally off with no way to adjust or turn it on. By the time we discovered this, we had already undressed and unpacked after a very long day of travel, so we made the best of it by piling all of the bedcovers onto one bed and snuggling. When we told the front desk about how cold the room was (it was less than 10 degrees F outside that night), she didn't express concern, just said "thanks, I'll let maintenance know."

Our room didn't appear to be very clean and carpet on one side of the bed was wet. Bed was fine but had trouble sleeping due to fan cycling on and off.

The room was fairly nice. Hallways are old and dark. As is the outside of the motel. There were strong smells of weed, and loud music coming from the neighbors on the other side of the trees. It's definitely not a very safe environment.

I was expecting more from the Ramada name, but we got what we paid for. The hotel was mostly clean, but very worn. Holes in the towels as one example. The breakfast presented well, but the eggs and sausages were horrible. Could not eat them.
