Januard was very helpful in adding more nights to our stay at a great rate and arranging for a room clean when we requested it. My daughter loved the pool and I loved the comfy seating around the pool area. There were stairs by the back door and no ramp so it made it a bit tricky with bags to get in and out of those doors, but was very convenient for coming in and out of parking lot during our stay.the room was clean a d good size with pull out couch, had small fridge and microwave was nice too.

Great hotel, nice and quiet. Comfy beds and pillows. The only downside was we had almost no water pressure coming out of the bathroom sink, it just dribbled out. And the hot tub was nice and hot with pretty lights but did not have and jetting like a hot tub should have, it was basically a big bath tub.

- Everynight I would get woken up multiple times from firetrucks, ambulances, and cars - you could hear everything in the tower - it sucked. - The pool and hot tub were gross - there was even a health person there one day testing it - not good - The place was not very clean overall - The staff were amazing - happy, friendly, and helpful
