The room we were given originally was not clean. There were crumbs all along the seams of the pull out couch, and under the mattress looked liked it had not ever been cleaned, there were crumbs and large insect remnants. There was also a small ball under the couch. They offered to give us another room which at least was somewhat cleaner. However the pull out mattress was not comfortable, the sink in the washroom was broken (they did have someone come in and fix it, but it was still broken when we moved rooms) and the one wing of the main building is not accessible. There are stairs that you have to transport all of your luggage up as there is no elevator, and no one offered to help with the bags to get them up to the room. It was actually one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff at the front were friendly, but it didn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and lack of help. If there had been any hotels available when we were there, I would not have stayed here, unfortunately all of the hotels at the time of our visit were booked due to the Morgan Wallen concerts. I could not wait to check out.
