I specifically asked the top highest suite facing the downtown core 3 times. And recieved a less than ideal view. I washed some clothes left the suite and csme back to a flooded rug. Called downstairs " we'll send someone up". They never did come up. The suite was not cleaned once during our weekend stay. The main entrance was not locked so anyone could access it. I will not be staying there anymore. Good ridance.

The room was good. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed it kept sliding open. Unfortunately while waiting to check in I was dripped on from the ceiling. There was no signs or markings that it was leaking.
