Unhelpful staff, we requested two rooms together and were two floors apart, there was no running hot water in one of the sinks, used the faucet in the tub to wash hands when needed. Very unsanitary! Had to ask for breakfast tickets the following morning but had seen others receive their’s at check-in. Too understaffed to handle breakfast smoothly.

Room was not clean. Staff offered no assistance during check in when no luggage trollies could be found. No coffee station on premises. I think I ordered breakfast when I reserved the room, but they said no. No late check out available today. Overall I would not stay there again.
