We came to town for a wedding and the hotel was close to the venue. The hotel restaurant is excellent and I definitely recommend the breakfast! We would stay again!

The hotel and room were lovely. However I had booked a specific suite (nearly 3 weeks before my arrival) and the receptionist called an hour and a half prior to check in to tell me it wasn’t available and they had assigned me a room that did not meet our travel needs- we had 3 people and needed one bed in a separate room from the other and they offered a single king room and breakfast. After nearly arguing with the receptionist when we got there, they were finally able to get us a room with two beds, but there was no separation. We were told the reason why the initial room wasn’t available was because it was under scheduled maintenance. As someone who booked the room several weeks in advance to be told we have to switch rooms an hour and a half prior to check in is terrible- we should have been told as soon as the maintenance was started that we would have to change rooms, and if they were genuinely starting it the day we arrived they should have either postponed the maintenance or not let me book the room in the first place. We were able to make the weekend work however we are extremely disappointed in this holiday inn. We have stayed at other branches with no issue until now.

Handicapped accessible room info

Very convenient location off freeway; very clean and comfortable; I had handicapped accessible room with king bed: beautiful, large bathroom with separate tub and XL walk-in shower. Be advised entry to shower is not lip-less and will not accommodate a roll-in wheelchair, and it is a regular single shower door width. The shower itself is very roomy and deep inside. Narrower tub with jet spas, horizontal grab bars on both sides of tub, and one vertical grab bar on wall. Very nice comfortable bed and spacious room. We did not eat meals here d/t having other plans, so cannot review that. I will come back again.
