Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich

Das Internetsignal war schwach, instabil und teilweise nicht vorhanden. Daher nicht nutzbar für alle Streaming Angebote. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung versehen, die sich nicht abstellen oder wenigstens reduzieren ließ. Die Nachttemperatur in der Wohnung war unerträglich heiß. Leider sind die Fenster nicht mit Insektenschutz versehen, so dass Lüften in der Nacht ebenfalls nicht in Frage kam. Der Support hat nach dem Ticket System ‚Zeit‘ gearbeitet. Beantwortung der Anfragen war zuverlässig innerhalb 24h, allerdings wurde im Ticket System ‚Problemlösung’ nicht abgefragt, so dass die Hilfestellung in standardisierten Antworten bestanden und nicht zur Lösung eines Problem beigetragen haben. Eigentlich verdient die Wohnung ansonsten 5 Sterne.

War sehr schön. Nur schade,dass kein deutscher Fernsehempfang zur Verfügung stand und dass der Internetempfang sehr schlecht ist.Aber ansonsten war es super.
