Our newly renovated 2 BR/1.5 BA is a second floor 1200 sq ft. apartment that is located in the heart of Downtown Dyersville with it's own private entrance and street parking. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants & bars, brewery, shopping, parks & baseball fields, St. Francis Basilica and only 4.4 miles from the Field of Dreams. This space features a full sized kitchen that is stocked with all your needs to cook meals & laundry room for all guests.
Our contact free check in is done with a smartlock. You can opt to use the code sent or via the August app. This is located on the small set of stairs outside. Once inside, you will enter an entry that will guide you to the indoor stairwell to get to the apartment.
Check in is at 3:00pm CST.
Check out is at 10:00am CST.

This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. We came into town to see the field of Dreams with our boys, & we were very impressed at what an awesome modern & clean place it was! The owner was very informative & easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly & It was so close to restaurants, Brewery, coffee shop , golf courses. Dyersville is such a cute town- we will definitely be back to stay!

We stayed here just one night with another couple for a little getaway. Our host was very quick to respond and offered us great ideas and advice for the area! The location of this place was phenomenal. Perfect! We could walk to every restaurant, shop and bar in the area. The apartment itself was beautiful. It was completely renovated and spotless. We had everything we needed! There was a flight of stairs to get to the apartment but it was very easy to do and had a sturdy handrail. We did notice that the toilets are standard height, not tall. Not a big deal, but when you're a taller person and used to taller toilets, we definitely noticed. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!!

Weekend stay great!

The apartment was large, beautiful, clean and in a great location! It worked great for our family as we were in town for a wedding. Walking distance to everything we needed - church, restaurants, and even a nice path (Heritage trail) for a brush with nature.
