Perfect house for a quick getaway

The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the downstairs game room! The only thing i would suggest is to add safety bars to the bathrooms for older adults. The tub is deep and step in shower is high. Otherwise, i have nothing but good things to sag!

Clean warm family holiday weekend!

We had 7 family members get together to go to Duluth and to see the lights at Bentleyville. There was an antique store next door. It was fun to be all together under one roof. There was a big table to play games upstairs and a pool table and some electronic games in the basement. It went quick!

Duluth weekend

My friends and I thought the Cozy Getaway was a great option to have for our Duluth weekend! We had a fun time playing the arcade games that they offered in the house, along with the pool table as well. Things were clean throughout and as presented in the listing.

This property was exactly what we needed! It offered plenty of things to keep us busy when we weren't out exploring Duluth. Very clean and well kept house. Would recommend staying here and plan on coming back soon!

Cozy and convenient

Stayed two nights, property is just as owner describes. Very clean, great communication ahead of our stay and owner was quick to respond to any questions. We used the game room quite a bit.

Wonderful stay

Great space to keep our teens entertained. House was well appointed and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed at. Communication from the property manager was excellent. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Not what expected with others rented. Bedrooms had no dressers or places to in pack. No counter in bathrooms. Kitchen smelled. Basement damp and musty. Did not know tv controllers were on window sill. Won’t be back.

Memorial week visit

Cute, clean little house! The girls loved all the games in the basement. Easy to get down to the canal, tourist area to explore. Quick access to grocery store, Target and restaurants.

Quaint and clean

We have been to Duluth many times, but we’re up this weekend for Thunderbirds airshow and did not want to stay downtown Duluth. Adorable home was perfect and met all of our needs. The hosts Very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and the home had everything we needed. All the games in the basement made it even that much more enjoyable and fun for all of us!

Family Fun

The place is located in a quiet area yet only 5 mins away from anything that you might need and only about 10 minutes from all the shops and attractions at Canal Park. We had a wonderful family weekend celebrating 2 Birthdays and our Family time craft making. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal with everything we needed in the kitchen. Also we all enjoyed having the Antique store right next to search for treasures. We would definitely book here again. We received a Welcome from host via text upon our arrival offering any assistance, but none was necessary as we were satisfied throughout our stay. Would recommend this place.
