Huge rooms! Kitchenette too and even had an oven and a good sized frig. Tall ceilings and extra large windows. Bathroom was extra large also! Could have used some hooks in hallway to hang items. There was a closet too. Would definitely stay again!

Wow! Very nice room! And big! A full kitchen with everything you need! Even an oven and small dishwasher! We were only there for one night, but if we stayed longer, we would have used the kitchen! There is NO free parking right at the hotel but you can park in the “loading zone” to check in and front desk will explain best and easiest place to park. We chose the $10/ night lot with unlimited ins and outs. Just give your license plate number at checkin and then the $10 is added to your hotel folio. Easy! The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants and very close to Starbucks! We would stay here again!

This was an overall excellent place to stay. Location was within walking distance of quite a few sites, but unfortunately the downtown location also means that there is no on-site parking, requiring an extra bill for the parking ramps (they do contract with one for a better price but it is a couple blocks walk).

Beautiful and spacious room with a great view of the harbor! We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Lakeview suite. It was well equipped with a kitchen and living room area, beautifully decorated and very cost effective for the area. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Duluth!

The rooms were very spacious and clean! Staff was also very responsive when we needed extra linens or towels. Location is great- within walking distance to Canal Park and downtown. The only hiccup is no on-site parking, but the lots nearby aren’t far or very expensive. Overall very good value!
