Expedia takes unfinished and unsubmitted reviews and posts them. It’s in their terms and conditions. So if u run into any problems anywhere u stay I strongly advise u speak to management, not the front desk, someone in an office before u post any review. It’s very unlikely that, when this happens, it’ll b removed. However, Expedias management and escalation team was willing to hear me out and send me up the right chain and the agent I ended speaking with was very understanding, patient, and helpful. Don’t make the same mistake I did because it could end up costing u in unexpected ways. TALK TO HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRST.
