Great Hotel and really well located. We stayed for 5 nights. You are a short walk to the Metro station which makes it easy to get around: the Hotel is clean and tidy with a generous and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. The rooms are maybe a little dated, however, they are spotlessly cleanly with no issues. I would stay here again.

The room we got the first night was terrible. Old and dingy. The view of an unfinished building. If you opened up the drapes, you could see people looking right at you through the dirty windows.Felt like a 3 star hotel. The staff was able to get us a different room the second night with much better views of the marina. The room was cleaner and seemed newer. They are very strict on not allowing cancelation. We booked this room an hour prior to showing up, saw the room, and requested refund right away, which they did not allow.

The hotel was lovely, great location and excellent service. Lots of choice for breakfast and great room amenities. Nice pool area. The beds were a little hard. The bathroom let the hotel room down. The bath plug didn’t work so couldn’t use the bath, the shower seal was old and looked dirty and the pipes screamed when trying to use the shower. Overall a nice stay for a shoer trip but wouldn’t book for a longer stay.

Nice for a short stay however very bad traffic near the marina adds time onto every journey. Request a higher room as we were on floor 3 and the mosque was loud even through closed windows at 4am. Fridge in the room is TINY so consider this when visiting in peak summer like we did as no freezer to freeze water. Lifeguards were very friendly, however hotel staff especially in the restaurants favouritized the Russians so keep this in mind. Breakfast is really nice but dinner is bang average, one big benefit they supply you with a 2L bottle of water free of charge at dinner if half board and 2 small bottles to the room everyday.
