Check-in was fast and smooth. The room is small but reasonably spacious. The bed is comfortable, daily bottled water was replenished, and the view from the window was excellent. Soundproofing is weak: noises from the corridors are clearly audible, and sounds from other rooms can also be heard. Hot water in the bathtub consistently ran out after approximately 14 minutes (I timed it). When I contacted the front desk to ask whether hot water was limited, they seemed surprised and said an engineer would be sent, but the issue was never resolved. There was also a periodic smell of urine coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. The hotel kindly surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a nice gesture. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, while lunch was less impressive. The lobby café is excellent. I would consider staying here again, but only after confirming that the bathroom issues have been properly resolved.

The property is good. Great service and staff. The breakfast buffet was very nice and worth it. The hotel’s restaurant was closed for the evenings and there is a lack of restaurant choices around the property. The location is away from downtown and very poor public transport around the hotel area to the main city. We had to depend on taxis every time. Hotels pool is nice and they offer free shuttle service to a public beach

All was fairly good, however there was construction in the neighboring room, so it was very loud because of it in the afternoon. Also, there was a road construction in the evenings, and closed windows didn't stop the noise.

Great place to stay for all purposes. I was here by myself and with family. Marina is near by the walk to the restaurants, shops and beaches. Sweeming pool with great view. And if tou get high floor to the octuon you will enjoy the view.

Very bad experience they charge my card two time wish make me pay double and they done it with my brother is well and they didn’t refund my money The check in with the receptionist his name George it was bad attitude

Fine for a very short stay

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable but quite dated. Reception staff weren't very helpful. The building work next door was the main thing though - carried on all night - without ear plugs I definitely wouldn't have slept.
