Excellent Stay! Exceptionally Clean and Beautiful Resort! The Christmas decorations looked amazing! The art-work within the hallways were such a treat to view. The Chapel is beautiful and peaceful. The resort has very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially the two front desk ladies with similar names, Stephanie and Steph :-) Thank-you for an absolutely wonderful stay!

The room was extremely clean and the bedding was very soft and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was also extremely quiet, which I really appreciate when traveling.

Our key did not work the entire time we were there. Each time we had to go to the front desk and ask for a new key. Sometimes even that key would not work. On Thanksgiving Day we could not get into our room again. We were told that maintenance would be coming to let us in. The maintenance key did not work. We missed our Thanksgiving meal with family because of this.

OMGOODNESS, an absolutely positively unforgettable time for 60th birthday by myself. The food, the ambiance, the quiet The gardens and the view from my room was everything that I needed.
