No one was at the front desk for over an hour! They were not answering the phone either. They put a sign out at the counter and that was it. I needed fresh towels and it took over an hour because no one was servicing the desk...i had to get Expedia involved and then someone finally helped me. I like Sonesta, i just feel they could be more professional.

Everything was solid, and the room was very nice. Only complaint was that certain areas had rather foul odors (likely from occupants), and that there were ants on my nightstand. Some happened to get on me as well which I’m not sure where they came from, but the bed was clean when we checked it so I assume perhaps they just happened to get on my shoes or came off of some furniture. Overall though pretty good stay minus those two things.

Kitchen area was dirty. I went out and bought a cheap toaster, frying pan and spatula for my stay. What they provided was not usable. I had to ask for dishwasher soap and everything else from front desk which was not adequately supplied. Staff was very nice but I will not stay here again.
