The staff were really friendly and helpful. We have stayed here three times, and the staff have always been the best amenity. However, this last stay, we felt the room wasn't as clean. Still a 4, but not a 5. We will continue to stay here when we visit Pleasant Hill.

Staff was great. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast was satisfying. The big disappointment was the hot tub...it was broken the entire time we were there. I really wanted to leave a five-star review, but honestly, I booked this hotel because of the hot tub, so we were pretty disappointed. Not the staff's fault and again, they were wonderful. I always look for good eggs in a hearty hotel breakfast, and I got great eggs and other breakfast items, so that was a win!
