This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We had an issue with the shower and maintenance fixed it right away. The day front desk person was not friendly. We turned our keys in and there was no thank you or smile from her.

I don’t travel often, but when I need a place to stay for a night, I always go to the Hampton Inn. The one in Altoona is so easy to get to - right next to the interstate. It’s always a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are always clean and ready when I arrive. I love the convenience of breakfast in the morning. There is always a very good choice of food and the coffee is always ready! It’s a great place to stay!

The room was great, but the hotel/company itself, ROBBED ME! Rented a oom for 4 nights. My daughter got sick so we needed to return home. No refund for those 3 paid nights we didnt get to use. Most exoensive room ever!! Not worth it.
