Barry provided everything I needed, including arranging to use the washer/dryer. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of insulation in the basement's ceiling, so I could constantly hear movement and walking around above me.

Great access to area amenities in quaint setting, providing adequate privacy. The space is well maintained inside and out but could use some updating for "style points". While the space is clearly cleaned on a regular basis there is a bit of wear and tear, nothing to shy away from, yet. Excellent communication from the owner/manager to ensure your comfort is priority 1!

It was clean. We were very hot all night and woke up very sweaty. There was no way to turn the temperature down. I would prefer to stay in an independent unit instead of one attached to, or part of a house. We could hear the home owners walking around above us while we were in bed trying to sleep.

Everything was great. Parking is a pain but not the host's fault. All the neighborhoods in this area have tight parking. The neighbor next door sent us a message with their garbage can.

Very nice and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable suite. It was nicely decorated and had all you could need in the kitchen for a short stay. It was very convenient for us being a short distance from our daughter home. We came to help her with our grandkids while she was giving birth

Stay in Denver

the property was located in a nice neighborhood with a good park with trail that was very convenient to use to exercise. The Patio was south facing so when the sun shines it warms it and it can be enjoyed even in December.Finding the place in the dark was somewhat difficult as the house numbers were not lite and the solar lights for the walk way were quite dim. It is a day light basement so you do hear the people upstairs at times but mostly they are very considerate.

Beautiful but not private

It wasn’t private like advertised the property owner was upstairs guarding our every move He kept opening his front door every time we left out and when we started cleaning and vacuumed he knocked on the door like we were destroying his home I have never experienced that before with any property owner and I have used Vrbo several times
