No one was at the front desk when myself and other guests showed up around 5 PM. Staff was polite and friendly when I interacted with them. However, I received no explanation for being charged for incidentals and had to ask about it after I was charged. Breakfast is available from 6 - 9:30 AM and is great. Staff made sure breakfast stayed fully stocked for hotel guests. There is a pool that I saw many families take advantage of. The hotel also has 2 meeting rooms, which would be great for large groups. The hotel is located along Tower Road on the northern end of a long strip of different hotels. Close to and has a shuttle to the airport.
First of all, they gave me a room that was occupied by other guests. When I check out, I asked to extend one hour and they refied with very bad attitude. I have stayed in so many hotels and requested check out extension. None of them would refused with such a bad customer service. I will not recommend this hotel!
Property getting old.. Tried to catch a snack and a drink after a long delay and no dinner, but found only a two-day old salad that was inedible.
Only issue was delay of hotel shuttle picking me up at the airport.
A nice property for transient through Denver airport.
Check in is a breeze. The room is clean, it comes with a small kitchen. Nice touch. Ample room for two people. Wifi is fast and signal is good. The TV has a strange hue, not watchable. It's a minor issue because I am only stay foe one night.

The furniture was damaged in the room. The phone handset did not work. The first room I was given didn't have a working door lock.
The room was cut up so you couldn't walk around. I only needed a bed and a work space. We wanted a shuttle which was complimentary. When I placed an order to ride in the shuttle, it was booked and the front desk was confused as to what I could do. I took my rental car back early not knowing I would be bumped from the shuttle until I returned. I ended up ordering an Uber but it was a little disconcerting.
Clean, comfortable, convenient to airport, economical. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, staff. Spacious room, well appointed. Variety of breakfast options included, and for the price, good nourishment to begin the day, in a bright, comfortable, environment. Large patio area with outdoor seating. Spacious, gathering space with natural lighting in lobby area to wait for hotel shuttle to airport. Safe, friendly, helpful drive to airport included. Pool was being re-surfaced, hot tub also unavailable, and no bath tub in room. After traveling for 20 hours, it would have been appreciated. Music was playing throughout the night on and off. In spite of those two things I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.
