Arrived Friday, presented Hilton Rewards Card and informed staff it was not our first time at this facility. We were told our King suite with a separate bedroom was ready. Items missing from room: functioning fridge, SOFA to watch TV! (We were brought a chair as a replacement), coffee and creamer for Nespresso Machine (we called twice and received them the next day), robe, wine key (the fact that it took them forever to grt this was less irritating as the fridge wasn’t cooling the wine anyway). Hotel has obviously fallen into disorganized disarray since Our last visit, or maybe it was the christmas parties that made them neglect repeat customers? Fritts dropped the ball on pretty much every aspect of our visit. However, the valet was awesome. We were placed in room 401, with a beautiful view of three satellite dishes. It’s hard for me to think of anything they can do to ever make us go there again.

The location, cleanliness, ease of checking in and out, and the attention to detail.

Hotel was excellent. Truly exceptional experience. Food from the room service could be a bit better thoug but wasn’t too bad.

Plumbing in bath slow to drain. Sinks cracked in bathroom, looked really bad. Carpet was dirty and room was i need of a dusting. Great location, staff was great room was comfy. I just expected more for the cost of the room and it being a 5 star hotel.

Typical Ritz, very competent staff, excellent accommodations close to Coor's field.

This hotel was not up to the Ritz standards. The hotel wasn’t exceptionally clean and there were bums standing around the front of the hotel . The bed was comfy and the room was nice . The gym was horrible and very dirty .

The Denver Ritz is among my favorite "city" Ritz-Carlton properties. Located downtown near the 16th Street Mall, great location and a quiet respite from your hustle and bustle. The staff is invisible, in a good way! Always clean and spacious, it's what makes the Ritz........The Ritz. Not a huge fan of Ellway's restaurant but I never choose a hotel for whom they lease street facing space to. Tons and tons of excellent places to eat in Denver, rivals Chicago for diversity and Toronto for cleanliness.

great accommodating staff, concierge went above and beyond and particularly enjoyed tent they set up for my son. Thank you

The service at the Ritz-Carlton Denver is always first-rate. Every single employee works to make sure that guests have no unmet needs. The hotel is starting to show its age, however. In our room's bathroom, for example, the finish on the frame around the mirror was worn in places, and one of the porcelain sinks was badly cracked. Nevertheless, our one-bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable. My only real complaint is that the room always seemed dark, as every bulb in the room was of low wattage. Despite this, we'll definitely be back next time we stay in the downtown Denver theatre district.

This was our second trip to the Denver Ritz Carlton and we were very disappointed. Our first trip there last year was fantastic! This year the staff seemed less helpful - we had to request toilet tissue three times over several hours before they finally brought some to us and the food at Elway's Christmas morning was terrible!

Upon arrival at the Ritz by Uber, the front door staff was there to open the doors for us. When I informed the front desk staff that it was my wife and I's 30th wedding anniversary, she promptly upgraded us to a super nice corner suite with twice the square footage. This was a pleasant surprise!!! The bed in the room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We had an outstanding dinner at Elways downstairs in the lobby. We will look forward to staying at the Ritz in Denver again.

its the Ritz... what can i say? everything was to my expectation.the hotel is beautiful, centrally located, had good service, and the restaurants offer very nice food. i love luxury, i love to be served. i dont like the prices, and the Carlton Ritz is out there in cost per night, but ... we only live once and if we can affford it we should pay for it... otherwise stay at a motel or a 3 star place. or a remote from the city place... its a choice. i had a good time with my daughter and my nephew....that is priceless!!!

Very great experience. First time staying and it was our one year anniversary. Beautiful suites and the spa was amazing.................

Courteous and caring staff. Excellent food at Elways

The stay at this wonderful hotel was a Christmas present to me , my husband, my sister and her husband. This is the place to go if you want to be pampered. Loved it. Renate

We loved our brief stay! The bed was delightful and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful throughout the hotel, unfortunately the least helpful person was the concierge, from whom we needed the most information. She was sub par and for a Ritz establishment, frankly I was surprised. Also, the coffee makers in the room were terrible, all I could make was espresso! That being said, we had a great time and our weekend without the children was delightful.
