SCAM ALERT! DONT BOOK!!

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Me and my fiancé booked this hotel for 26 nights and I don’t know where to begin. First and foremost, you cannot enjoy the pool at all because there are SWIMMING LESSONS 2 times a day. Yeah you heard it right. Starting sometimes from 7-9 in the morning and then in the afternoon aswell. 2-8 kids in the pool screaming, splashing and bringing full equipment into the pool with 1 teacher for each kid. Nr.2 The personnel and manager and owner do not listen to any complaints and they don’t care about you. The owner/manager asked ME to give other people WARNINGS since he didn’t wanna do it himself. Nr.3 All the photos are misleading, it’s nothing like it looks on the pictures. The rooms are moldy and very rundown. They’re tricking you with the pictures but it’s not even the same hotel. Nr.4 Other people that stayed there came to me, begging me for help and slipping letters under my door cause some rooms had 10 people in them drinking, smoking and partying all night and the staff didn’t care at all. Even tough several people did let them know. Nr.5 The rooms are so bad you can hear a mosquito in the room next door, that doesn’t help with the sleep I promise you that. Guarantee NO SLEEP. Nr.6 the breakfast is insanely overpriced and not a buffet, you are lucky if you get a more goreng or nasi goreng. We had to check out earlier even tough we prepaid for the room cause it’s a mad house. And we were not the only ones, there 4 other rooms that did

The hotel is run down and not at all pleasant.

There is a serious lack of care or interest by the owner of this hotel. I didn't find the staff friendly or helpful. It is very run down and there is damp everywhere. There was a funny smell in the restaurant too. Thankfully I had plans each day as it is not a hotel you would want to hang around. The bedsheets were stained, bathroom was dirty and the pool needed to be cleaned so I didn't go near it. The lock of my room and to the balcony also didn't work all the time. I have stayed in hostels for half the price and much better quality. I have been traveling in Indonesia for a month and has to be the worse place I stayed.

I arrived late in the evening and found my bedding to be stained yellow, black and brown, appearing that they had not been washed from the previous guest. I went down to the front desk where I was told that there were no more rooms available to move me to, nor did the employee know how to change the bedding, so I was going to have to deal with it for that night (the only night I was staying there before continuing my travels). I ended up sleeping on the wooden bench within the room because the bed was so disgusting. Definitely not a great first experience in Bali.

Ett enklare men bra hotell 15 min promenad från centrum/stranden. En stor väg med mycket trafik gick utanför, den va lite jobbig att korsa på vägen till stranden men störde inte i rummet. Åt bara frukost i hotellets matsal och den va bra. Rummet va lagom stort, 2 pers inga problem, men börjar bli lite slitna. Fin liten poolarea att njuta fm av eller avrunda dagen på.

Good location to airport, very cheap accommodation

This hotel is very cheap, for the price could not really fault anything. Clean, nice pool good staff. I would recommend this hotel as s good base if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing.

Get what you pay for

Good hotel for a night or two but anything longer I wouldnt recommend. There was something crawling around in the roof that kept us up a bit but apart from that pool was clean etc.

Het hotel is in niet zo'n goede staat. De planken van het terras bij het zwembad zijn krom en steken uit. De douch is vies en het ruikt muf in de hele kamer. Het ved sliep fijn en de airco deed zijn werk. Het ontbijt was zeer matig. Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht om vanuit Sanur 's ochtends vroeg de boot naar het einland Nusa Lamborgan te gaan. Niemand kon ons vertellen hoe laat de boot ging en waarvandaan precies.

Worst Hotel I booked ever

Travel a lot but this is the worst Hotel I have ever been. Heavy used Room. Hotel in bad contition. Really dirty Bathroom mold at shower curtain, mold at caulk, mold at AC. Defect sink, dirty toilette. Bloodstains at blanket.. Booked two nights because auf "good" valuation at Hotels.com, leave after one.. Neighbourhood? Located on the main road, without Taxi no chance to move around. Try to book a scooter, main that is a brand new...try to sell me one already damaged one. Was on a backpacking...

A pleasant stay

The Griya Sanur offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. Especially nice is the inner courtyard and pool, actually very quiet and peaceful, considering the nearby main road. The breakfast and service were very nice as well. The only drawback for me is the location directly on the bypass main road, meaning you have to face major fast-moving traffic to get away to the quieter parts of Sanur.

Bra hotell relativt nära flygplatsen.

Hotellet ligger tyvärr på "fel sIda av stora vägen" (galet trafikerad), iallafall om man ska ta sig till stranden gåendes. Hotellet har tillgång till shuttle bus som tar en dit 3ggr om dagen. Bra frukost, pool, tillmötesgående personal, ett litet minus till att hålla det fräscht på rummen, en draperi och gardintvätt skulle göra susen...

Kil hotel met ongunstige ligging

Helaas voldeed dit hotel niet aan mijn verwachtingen, althans niet wat ik me had voorgesteld bij de gemiddelde beoordeling. De kamer, die op het oog comfortabel en modern is, was niet echt schoon. Wel fijn dat er een waterkoker met koffie/thee was. Douchen in bad is voor mij ok, maar je moet kunnen instappen. De ligging van het hotel is echt niet fijn. Aan een hele drukke weg, gevaarlijk om over te steken en bijna geen winkel in de buurt. Wel fijn dat er 3x daags een shuttleservice naar het centrum is. Het restaurant aan het hotel biedt niet al te veel, niet echt smakelijk, voor toch nog een behoorlijke prijs en in de 4 dagen dat ik er was kreeg ik ook 4x te horen dat wat ik bestelde die dag niet op voorraad was. Als ik mijn kamer verliet werd de airco uitgezet, maar met de zon op m'n ramen s middags wat het heel erg warm als ik terug kwam en de airco werkte niet erg goed, waardoor het soms tot diep in de nacht duurde eer het afgekoeld was.

Boendet kändes som ett motell. Var precis vid motorvägen och var en bit in till centrum. Fanns gratis shuttlebuss som gick 3 ggr per dag. Rummen va helt ok men lite slitna. Frukosten var inte särskilt stor heller. Poolen var liten men ok, fanns dock endast 6 solstolar. Sammanfattningsvis var det ett helt ok boende för en billig peng.

Nice hotel, good size where you can relax

Spa was not available, need to take beach towel. Bath towels need replacing, as very worn.
