For check-in, the lady at reception, Yeshmi, was great! The staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that there was no elevator, and since we were traveling with elderly people, it was difficult for them to use the stairs. Also, there was a bit of a moldy smell inside the rooms. We checked three rooms and chose one on the third floor, where the smell was much lighter. Overall, the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel is close to Pamukkale—only about a 7-minute drive—and there’s a 101 supermarket right next door, which was really convenient.

Do not book. So bad. First room seemed a bit worse for wear upon first glance with a hole in the middle of the top sheet and some worn finishes but figured it would be fine for our one night stay. Then to the bathroom and the toilet is dirty and the seat is totally broken and unusable. The blatant disregard for how the room presented was off-putting. Transferred to a second room which was also dirty and in disrepair (rotting floor, ripped curtain, exposed wiring) and most upsetting, a ground floor patio door lock that was not only broken inside and outside, but did not even have a locking mechanism. Hotel staff did not offer any further options and we did not feel safe or comfortable to stay. We informed Hotels.com and the hotel staff that we would not be staying after less than 30 minutes of being there and resolution with both hotel and booking website was difficult and unsatisfactory. Hotel refused to offer refund and Hotels.com insisted their hands were tied based on hotel’s policy. Each deferred and blamed the other with neither taking responsibility or offering reasonable resolution. Listing is misleading, hotel rooms are unacceptable, and service was frustrating and disappointing.

Staff were good. Facility is below average. Breakfast was so poor, hense this area is reach of food, but we did not see any traditional turkish food (dissapointing). With it's size in this small area, i found it really shoking not to have a lift.

Place in a village just below travertine lakes and acient Hierapolis. Hotel itself is not really 5* as google says. Good enough though, well above avarage. On reception they are really helpfull. In the room, equipment could use some care that is lacking here. In our room it was bathroom. The door could barely close/lock. Toilet seat felt cheap and was moving. Showerhead was broken. Not really hard stuff to fix, but as I said - lack of care, and thus not 5*.

Pamukkale Travertines is an amazing work of Nature! I think the map showing that it is the nearest to the UNESCO site is misleading. In actual fact, it is the furthest from the South entrance. Nevertheless it was an easy walk for us. The hotel looks the most-up-date among the various ones we saw in the area. We were given a room on the ground floor next to the housekeeping area and restaurant. The music played was noisy and too loud. If we had not been so tired, we would not have easily fallen asleep. Oh! it is about time the pillowcases are replaced with new ones. The ones we got were quite rough with pilling. Kudos to the staff at the reception for honesty. We needed a very early transfer to the airport at Denizli. To avoid delays of shared transfer, we booked a private car. But turned out, when another hotel guest needed airport transfer at the same time, the staff arranged a shared transfer, saving us some money.

Great stay close to everything plus live music

Fantastic stay with parking and views of balloons passing by and landing very near plus view of Pamukkale from upper floors . Huge pools and nice live music in evenings!

It was not clean. I had to dust the table and whatever was on it myself. The floor had not been mopped. There was no hand towel in the shower, and the whole area of the shower was moldy. There was no place for the toothbrush. The breakfast on the first day was stale, and the selection was not much. It was in a way that we checked out on the second day.

Pros: great pools with waterslides; convenient location with parking. Cons: breakfast was very bad with limited options (one whole table with cheese and one with olives so unless you love cheese and olives you will be hungry); my shower was broken and even though I told staff many times it never got fixed; getting the room cleaned was difficult; hotel restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t great

Our experience at Anya Resort Hotel in Pammukale was great. Its a great place to Relax and very close from the Ruins and Travertines 5min.walk. we enjoyed the waterlides at the pools. All the personal are very polite ready to help with all your needs. We recommend this Hotel when you visit Pammukale.
