Jolie résidence trÚs calme et non loin du centre. Pratique si vous avez des enfants. Seuls bémols : pas de parking dans la résidence (mais pas insurmontable car il y a de la place dans les environs) et nous n'avons pas été prévenus que la piscine était fermée. Mais globalement à refaire!

Mit der Unterkunft und vor allem der Vermittlung war ich sehr unzufrieden! Das Bett war eine Schlafcouch, die ziemlich durchgelegen war und auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung fĂŒr mich nicht nachzuvollziehen. Die Bewerbung der Wohnung auf deutsch und einem Preis der nachher dreimal so hoch war, finde ich auch schwierig!!! Es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt klar, wie ich an die SchlĂŒssel komme, zumal ich sonntags angereist bin. Erst auf meine Nachfrage freitags bei Fewo, gab es einen Anruf auf englisch, der mir vermittelte, dass ich nicht alles bezahlt hĂ€tte und deshalb noch keine Infos erhalten hĂ€tte! Es ging um 3,- € Kurtaxe! Nach der direkten Bezahlung bekam ich eine Mail und war in dem Glauben, dass ich alle Codes hĂ€tte. Weit gefehlt, da diese Info ohne Belang blieb! Sonntagmorgens habe ich auf meinem Festnetz einen computergenerierten Anruf bekommen, natĂŒrlich auf englisch, der mich via Mailbox informiert, wenn ich allerdings nicht mehr zu Hause gewesen wĂ€re, hĂ€tte es ein grĂ¶ĂŸeres Problem gegeben! Auch die check-in check-out Zeiten variierten je nach Mail und Info! Alles in allem, bin ich Ă€ußerst unzufrieden mit dem Verlauf und werde nicht noch einmal eine solche Buchung vornehmen! Magnifico soggiorno

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, moderno e dotato di tutte le necessitĂ  come forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e kit per lavaggio stoviglie incluso. Ubicato poco fuori il centro di De Haan (circa 800m) che Ă© un paese stupendo, che anche con il freddo invernale Ă© semplicemente stupendo e caratteristico. A pochi passi c'Ă© anche la spiaggia con il mare dove osservare tramonti magnifici. Servito da Tram che passano con tempi molto ristretti che collegano De Haan agli altri paesi limitrofi fino a Oostende o Blankeberge dove si puĂł facilmente prendere il treno per Bruges o Gent, altre due cittĂ  spettacolari secondo la mia opinione. Lo raccomando a tutte le persone che adorano lo stile e i paesi del nord europa e alloggiare in tranquillitĂ .

Slaapbank: dringend aan vervanging toe; ijzeren springveren die doordrukken. Verwarming niet voldoende. Klepperende deur door tocht (wind die het appartement binnen dringt). Leeslamp kapot en daardoor onvoldoende licht. Onvoldoende aan gegeven dat men de niet met de auto het park kan binnen rijden om de bagage te lossen/laden.

Attention aux frais cachés !!!

On avait louĂ© le studio pour 72 €, prix EXPEDIA garanti "sans mauvaise surprise"... RĂ©sultat : retrait direct de 150 € sur ma CB le jour de la rĂ©servation ! J'ai rĂ©clamĂ© auprĂšs d'EXPEDIA qui m'a dit que c'Ă©tait normal, car il y avait des frais. Cependant, seul quelques frais Ă©taient indiquĂ©s sur la page de vente mais pas la totalitĂ© et payable Ă  l'hĂŽtel... En fait, on m'a rajoutĂ© les taxes locales 4 €, les frais de draps et serviettes pour 16 €, les frais de consommation d'eau et Ă©lectricitĂ© pour 8,80 € et 49 € de frais de mĂ©nage !!! ArrivĂ© Ă  l'appart'hĂŽtel, pas de rĂ©ception et aucune instruction. On appelle le numĂ©ro sur le site, 15 minutes d'explication pour qu'on me donne un numĂ©ro d'appartement et un code pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer une clĂ© dans un coffre-fort. 30 minutes Ă  chercher l'appartement dans une rĂ©sidence de 30 immeubles aux rues totalement sombres. Pas d'Ă©clairage, pas de parking et interdit aux voitures. On trouve enfin le bon immeuble, et le coffre-fort pour la clĂ©. ForcĂ©ment le code du coffre n'Ă©tait pas le bon, donc, 30 minutes a dĂ©patouiller pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ©... Dans la chambre, le lit est un clic-clac qu'il nous faut prĂ©parer nous-mĂȘmes. AprĂšs toutes ses Ă©preuves, nous pensions prendre une douche et malgrĂ© les 16 € de frais supplĂ©mentaires, aucune serviette Ă  disposition. AprĂšs avoir prouvĂ© que nous avions payĂ© la location des serviettes, une personne dĂ©barque 2 heures aprĂšs nous ramener des serviettes... Je ne recommande pas du tout cet appart'hotel...

NOOIT meer via Expedia! Wij hebben drie! verschillende prijzen doorgekregen, natuurlijk is de hoogste prijs van de rekening gegaan. Lugnt o fint men inget wifi, tÀcke o disktrasa

LĂ€genheten/studion var nyrenoverad och smakfullt inredd. SĂ€ngen var en bĂ€ddsoffa. Balkongen vette mot det nĂ€rliggande grannhusets balkonger. Badrummet var fint med bra dusch i badkar. Inget tvĂ„l. OmrĂ„det dĂ€r semesterhusen fanns var barnvĂ€nligt med grönytor och pool. Dock var det ingen parkering pĂ„ omrĂ„det tillhörande den hĂ€r lĂ€genheten sĂ„ man fick leta parkering i villakvarteren runtomkring, vilket innebar en ganska lĂ„ng promenad med packningen. Det fanns inget wifi alls i lĂ€genheten eller omrĂ„det. Lakan ingick men man fick bĂ€dda sjĂ€lv. Inga handdukar, inte ens diskhandduk ingick. Det fanns ett fint vĂ€lutrustat kök men det fanns varken diskmedel, diskborste/svamp eller disktrasa sĂ„ jag valde att inte anvĂ€nda köket. Jag stannade tvĂ„ nĂ€tter och dĂ„ har man vanligtvis inte med sig sĂ„dan utrustning. Det fanns ingen information alls pĂ„ rummet om t ex var man hittar mataffĂ€r eller karta över stan. Eftersom wifi saknades kunde man inte heller fĂ„ den informationen dĂ€rifrĂ„n. Det fanns inget tĂ€cke eller filt pĂ„ rummet, sĂ„ jag fick gĂ„ ut till bilen och hĂ€mta min egen filt dĂ„ jag frös pĂ„ natten. Man fick sin nyckel i en postbox, det fanns ingen reception att gĂ„ till. Uppe det ganska höga rumspriset la de pĂ„ 60€! för stĂ€dning! Och andra avgifter! Kommunikationen via mail inför vistelsen var enbart pĂ„ flamlĂ€ndska, Ă€ven dĂ„ jag frĂ„gade nĂ„got pĂ„ engelska. SĂ„: Lugnt och fint men dyrt och saknad av wifi, disktrasa och tĂ€cke.
