Towers Ten is towering over the intersection of Atlantic Ave (A1A) and Dunlawton Ave, the last exit from the barrier island to I-95 from Atlantic Avenue, providing easy access to Port Orange over the bridge. Shopping center anchored by Publix supermarket is walking distance.

A 10-minute drive to the south will take you to the quaint town of Ponce Inlet with its historic Lighthouse, pet-friendly Lighthouse Park, waterfront restaurants and marinas.
