I cannot give a good rating because I booked this hotel on hotels.com only to be contacted by the hotel the day of the reservation informing me that they had no room, and that they were going to give me a "similar suite at their sister property"...well their sister property was horrendous, and was in no way comparable...it was so bad in fact that as soon as we got there and checked into our room, we subsequently left and found another hotel....I am sure Ocean Walk is nice, as I know this from staying there prior, but better communication is needed between the facility and hotels.com so that they do not overbook or book rooms that are not available...and I felt misled by hotel management when they assured me that their sister hotel was comparable...

The room was beautiful, everything was available to use, check out was easy (just a text). It is a timeshare resort so expect a 90min(5hr) tour and if you need more than 1 car, you have to book a 3 or 4 bedroom not a 1 or 2 cause they wont give it to you but public parking for 30dollars a bight is available across the wtreer

Everything was very clean. Bartenders were all great. The extra activities (Santa and Grinch) were an awesome addition. Our only complaint is when the security staff overstepped and yelled at kids in the pool for playing football rather than address parents.

Lots of items are rusted and need repaired. Beds are very hard and not comfortable. No vanity in the bathroom to put your toiletery bag and makeup bag making it hard to get ready. Not some where I would stay again
