The staff is VERY hospitable. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, actively working, they were helping each other, picked things up off the ground that were dropped in both parking lot and lobby when they passed through and could have easily just kept going, held doors open… lots of little things just added up with regard to service.

Our stay was pretty great! The room was clean, although we're not sure if what looked like a couch should have had cushions. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked how they included a harder pillow and a softer pillow for us to sleep better. All the amenities were great. The wait staff during breakfast hours were top notch! She even made a little bit of extra sausage and bacon for those who couldn't arrive until the end of breakfast. Excellent service from the kitchen and custodials. We all enjoy surprises!
