Very clean and well designed rooms. Great for a quick trip or a long stay. Kitchen area well stocked and loads of storage in room

I found it a nice hotel with a superb location. It was very close to the airport and very convenient to nearby restaurants and other grocery and retail stores. I thought the breakfast was convenient, the basics were covered (cereal, waffle, bread, toast).

This was our first trip to Ohio so we wanted to stay somewhere familiar. Most Marriott properties are kept to first class standards and in Dayton we weren't disappointed! The beds were heavenly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. If we ever return to Dayton, this will be our place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! Room was furnished nicely and felt clean. Although I always seem to find black hair in my towels. They had good vending area with lots of snacks to choose from.

We needed a place close to the Dayton Airport after attending a college graduation and this offered the best rate. It's about 10 minutes away from the airport. Rooms were surprisingly clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's located on an access road adjacent to the interstate. There were plenty of well known franchise restaurants very close by.

The room was beautiful &very comfortable. The staff is courteous & friendly- made me feel like a queen for my birthday:) I truly enjoyed my stay, was mad when it was time to leave, & can't wait to go back.

We travel this route frequently to visit family and have stayed at multiple hotels. This one will now become the only one we stay at. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. While I agree with other comments that the room layout isn't the best - if you are planning to use the sleeper sofa and the bed it will be challenging to navigate. Crawling over the end of one is required. Kitchenette is well stocked, fridge is great size.

I had a great hotel experience at Townplace suites. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast layout.

The room was clean and the location couldn't have been better but other than that, I would have to say this was a pretty unremarkable property. I thought the decor was very modern but the room layout was terrible. When the fold out couch was in use it was very difficult to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night--you had to crawl over either the end of the fold-out or the end of the bed. The tv was not at an angle that was conducive to watching it from the bed or the couch--i was at a 90 degree angle to both those pieces of furniture. The kitchen was nice and the bathroom spacious. Continental breakfast was fairly unremarkable.

New hotel, delightful, helpful staff. King studio was moderate but sufficient size. Full kitchen nicely appointed with dishes, pots& pans, gagets. Breakfast was the same with left over sausage gravy for 3 days-good, but biscuits sure got stale! NEED to read & check off choice on inside of ROOM KEY FOLDER. Didn't notice it & as a result only got clean towels 1 out of 3 days; bed never made, room not vacuumed nor trash emptied. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Exercise room, coin operated laundry & free computer in lobby with a printer & Wi-Fi in all rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was wonderfully located, with plenty of food and shopping around. Very clean and the rooms were comfortable.
