Very "old looking"; needs to be updated. No maid service in six days. Had to get clean towels ourselves and empty our trashcans ourselves. Had to ask the front desk to pick up all the trash sitting outside one of the side doors (trash can was full for days; excess trash was all over the ground). Nothing posted in the room about COVID measures. Lock to fitness room didn't work for several days. No hot water one morning; when I asked about it, the front desk person said that the hotel was full the previous night, and "obviously everyone wanted to take a shower"; guess the hotel doesn't make allowances for full capacity. All in all, a terribly disappointing stay...

My room was very clean. It was easy to park my car.

Ok stay for a night or 2. Cleanliness not great. Ask for a room on the 3rd floor if you want peace. First floor is noisy throughout the night.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned. However, the gentleman at the desk genuinely apologized and quickly gave us a different room which was clean and comfortable.

We came in and the lady at the front desk told me there were no rooms left, I explained I booked online and she eventually found it. She told me the credit card on file was different than the one I paid with, so I gave her the one I paid with. The next day I see a charge for $80.05. when we checked out I told the manager and she said she didn't know why she did that and the money was just being "held" but it wouldn't go through. Well here we are Monday morning and the charge came out and now I'm waiting on a call back from the manager.

Nice quiet hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast choices.

It's quiet. Staff are friendly. No street sign, a bit difficult to find.

Room was not as clean as it could of been. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean.

Not as close to university of Dayton as we thought. Desk chair was broken, pool was in rough shape. Staff was very friendly

Overall experience was fine, only area to comment on would be the breakfast. Clearly overwhelmed as ran out of coffee, then immediately was out of eggs - was always playing catch-up.

we were there form Wednesday to sat. we could not get housekeeping there at all , we had to ask for towels everyday and they piled up on the bathroom floor.... we took our trash out every day. we asked on friday night to please at LEAST GET CLEAN TOWELS and was told we'll TRY! we only have 2 housekeepers for the hotel.. considering the amount each night... and cant get clean towels only a WE'LL try!!!!!

Great location, great breakfast, great value! Right near the mall and restaurants, right off the interstate.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Maid service was slow and spotty. Bed was very comfortable but the linens were not changed in the three days we were there and the fitted sheet was too small for the king bed. One day, we had dingy washcloths. The temperature in the room was easy to adjust and the room was spacious as advertised.
