I was pleasantly surprised with our recent stay. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and respectful. The breakfast attendant was delightful and attentive. Breakfast was great with several options. I will be staying here again for our next visit to the University of Dayton.

Front desk did not know how to process a booking from hotels.com. the door to the room showed obvious signs of a break in. Guests were loud in the hall way through out the night including multiple instances of knocking on my door. I felt like I paid for a 2nd rate hotel and get a 3rd rate experience.

The staff was attentive, friendly, and very courteous during our stay. Provided us with extra towels for the pool. Assisted with locating luggage carts and bringing them to our room. The hotel and our rooms were very clean and well maintained. Definitely will recommend.

Nothing to eat within walking distance. No one came in to clean the room each night we were there. We were almost out of towels and toilet pape4 by the time we checked out. Breakfast at the continental breakfast was cold. The coffee had chunks in it.

Comfortable

Room was clean and the pillows were so comfortable that I want to buy them for home. Breakfast was nice, had scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits and grravy, fruit and waffle iron. Very economical and when in the Dayton area I would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed convenience with making my reservation online and the reception staff. The breakfast was great. I made my own waffle, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the guests were also friendly. I will recommend this hotel.
