Clean, renovated, comfortable hotel in a great location. Restaurant was good but expensive. Housekeeping supposed to come every other day but did not clean my room. Rooftop spaces advertised as for guests were not - fires and heat lamps not turned on, dark at night. Only were staffed or operational for outside groups hosting events. Staff were very friendly, rooms very quiet and well appointed and comfortable.

Great service. Nice hotel. It can use some upgrades. The screen door was broken and the door wouldn’t close so we asked for a different room which they accommodated quickly. However, the other room had the same problem. Very nice rooftop with gorgeous view. We will go there again.

The staff was good although we didn't meet many. The bartendress struggled making change, but most importantly was we had to change rooms due to the amount of dog hair and the second room had an underlying odor of urine. Say goodbye to carpeted pet rooms. Easier on cleaning staff and more sanitary for patrons
