Very different from photos

This was an expensive booking. The bathroom was simply filthy and there were worms in the toilet bowl. Had a hard time convincing my family to remain for one night. I tried to cancel the booking but hotels.com complaints are handled by bots. I didn't get a refund despite checking out 2 days earlier, lost more than 2,500sar. I had to move to a different hotel the following morning. I do not recommned the hotel and I also caution you to book through hotels.com who failed me in recovering 2 nights despite me checking out

The hotel was amazing. The cafe menu is a bit pricey.. The staff was very cordial and the room and surroundings were well kept.. Pool can be accessed by kids and men and there is a guard on duty all the time.. Would definitely visit again for weekend getaways..
