Ice machine broken for 2+ days. No coffee machine in room, no cups either. I asked to be in a quiet area, not near elevator or ice machine. Instead I was put across the hall from the laundry room on the 2nd floor. Sounded like a pair of jeans with big metal buttons were in the dryer all night. Very NOISY, I got zero sleep. Disappointed.

Basic, But Clean, Comfortable and Secure

Great location for an overnight stay. It's basic, but clean, comfortable and in a secure area. Parking was free. Breakfast was included. The area is somewhat isolated from more poplar destinations, but it's not too far from stores, restaurants, and other destination spots. I would stay here again.

Property is brand new and everything is super clean. Rooms are great too. Ever Breakfast was decent and ate it each morning. Front desk needs to work on friendliness, lacking in enthusiasm. I also asked for an additional pillow for my room (which seems like a super basic request) and I was met with hems and haws before being told, I'll see what I can do. I did finally get another pillow but had to come to the front desk to retrieve it. All in all would stay here again just would like to see the front desk pump up their game a little.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable at a great value

Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75 is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make sure that you are satisfied with your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and a great value. Not many hotels will allow you to plug in your own HDMI device on their TVs, but Tru's TV/Entertainment system gives guests that option. This is important to me. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were a bit too soft didn't offer much support but I was able to pile them up and make it work. Breakfast is included. It's a good option to have. The area is surrounded by chain restaurants and one German restaurant. You have options for dinning if you're in a pinch. The area is safe and quiet. I would definitely stay Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75 again and I would recommend it to others.

It was a great one-night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, i liked the squeeze bottles in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite standard, and the location of the hotel surrounds many restaurants. Overall a pleasant stay.

This location does not meet other Tru standards. Breakfast areas are filthy; trash bins are full; coffee areas have lot of trash and coffee stains; food was below average. Would not stay at this location again.
