Staff was friendly and courteous. Easy to get a parking spot, even if returning late Tile floor, shower floor, and front of dishwasher not as clean as expected. Shower curtain was about 7 inches off the floor so water covered half the bathroom floor after showering.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was more grab and go...limited options. There were no issues with parking. Easy access to the highway. The staff at the front desk was very nice.

The young lady at the front desk was very courteous and welcoming. Our room was very nice, clean, and a/c worked great. The only negative was the toilet tank kept running off and on all night which interrupted my sleep. Other than that all was great and loved the location. Will definitely be back as I have family in Rockwall.

The lock was broken. I was not able to lock or unlock the door. It was very hard. I was pushing it. It was not locking and I told the Customer Service to come to my room and she came upstairs on the fourth floor. My room number was 410 and she took a couple picture of it and she said it’s OK. She will add it on the note. But the place was nice and clean only door had a problem
