HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH OWN SEA ACCESS AND GARDEN

We rent our apartment here directly on the Bottschlotter lake with approx. 75 sqm living space over two floors. On the ground floor there is the country-style dining room with a view over the fields to the outer dike of the North Sea. In addition, there is a large open kitchen on the ground floor with every comfort and lake view. The bathroom with shower and underfloor heating is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the living area with a comfortable sofa bed and various seating options for watching TV or relaxing.
In addition, the bedroom with a very large gallery bed and a lying area of 200 x 200 cm is on the upper floor. From the bed you can look at the lake.
You will find a parking space directly in front of the door. The terrace in front of the kitchen offers an exceptional view over the lake to the horizon. The large garden with its old fruit trees offers plenty of space to relax or grill. WiFi available
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Süße Wohnung für 2 Personen

Die Anreise war schön und es ist definitiv sehr ruhig und ländlich. In der Umgebung ist Dagebüll 12 km entfernt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Risum ist in 8 km gut zu erreichen. Bei Ankunft haben wir direkt die Schlafcouch ausprobiert, die allerdings nicht in Ordnung war. Das Lattenrost ist irgendwie nach oben und unten verbogen. Wir haben den Vermietern das sofort gemeldet und diese haben sich auch sofort gekümmert. Mein Sohn (11) hat dann oben auf dem Megabreiten Sofa geschlafen, was kein Problem für ihn war. Die Wohnung ist stylisch eingerichtet es hat nichts gefehlt. Das große 2x2 Meter Bett ist richtig gut und bequem. Die Mückennetze sind an jedem Fenster angebracht. In den vorherigen Rezensionen ist mir der Geruch nach Heizöl aufgefallen. Ich kann das nicht bestätigen. Es riecht in dem Abstellraum nach Farbe oder Lack, aber im Wohnraum ist es nicht und man kann super lüften. Vielleicht sollte man auch bedenken, dass hier auch die Kuhställe in der Nachbarschaft sind und deswegen auch mal ein Lüftchen weht. Zum See möchte ich sagen, dass man da nicht wirklich baden oder angeln kann. Er ist im Sommer total zugewachsen mit Kraut. Allerdings kann man das dann im Bongarder Siel machen oder Soltauer Au gleich um die Ecke. Wir geben 4 Sterne und würden uns beim nächsten Mal ein bisschen mehr Reinigung wünschen, da wir keine Hunde haben und dahin gehend im Untergeschoss noch viele Haare hatten. Aber alles andere war echt sauber.

Sehr schönes, idyllische gelegenes Haus. Für uns als SUP Liebhaber toll mit dem See direkt vor der Tür. Was fehlen könnte, ist ein richtiger Strand in der Umgebung.

Schön, aber mit kleineren Mängeln und deshalb zu teuer

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön (wenn auch nach der Renovierung anders als auf den Fotos, was wir ein wenig schade fanden, weil uns gerade das Grün so gut gefallen hatte) und zum größten Teil sauber. Nur beim Geschirr und Besteck fühlten wir uns wohler, alles erstmal zu spülen, nachdem wir Essensreste vorgefunden hatten. Die Spülmaschine hat leider auch entsprechende unappetitliche Ablagerungen, auch in die Waschmaschine blickt man lieber nicht so genau, wenn man sie benutzen sollet (haben wir nicht). Aber ansonsten alles recht ordentlich und sauber, auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher (in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden). Insgesamt ist der Preis, den wir gezahlt haben (über 1.000 Eure/Woche), nach unserem Empfinden deutlich zu hoch, da es an der ein oder anderen Stelle dann doch etwas zu bemängeln gibt (Öltankgeruch im UG / alte Dachfenster ohne Mückenschutz, der aufgrund der Seenähe eigentlich zwingend wäre / extrem schwaches Internet, was in der heutigen Zeit sehr ärgerlich ist; hätte ich remote arbeiten wollen, wäre das nicht möglich gewesen, aber auch einfaches Serven oder auch nur Fotos verschicken war teilweise nicht möglich) Was uns vorher nicht so bewusst war: Man muss von dort aus alles mit dem Auto machen. Selbst Spazierwege gibt es nicht. Das fanden wir schade, weil man nicht mal eben vor die Türe treten kann. Mülltrennung und -entsorgung ist eine Katastrophe. Im Haus selbst gibt es nur einen großen Müllbehälter, so dass man sich selbst Möglichkeiten suchen muss, wie ordentlich getrennt werden kann. Vor dem Haus gibt es zwar neben Restmüll eine gelbe und Papiertonne, aber da wird kunterbunt gemixt (was natürlich an den Mietern liegt, aber wenn im Haus keine Trennung möglich ist, verwundert das nicht). Bioabfall lässt sich leider gar nicht separat entsorgen. Dazu kam dann noch, dass die Tonnen komplett überquollen. Man wird zwar gebeten, die Tonnen laut Abfallkalender an die Straße zu stellen, aber das wurde anscheinend zuvor nicht getan - und müsste mE vom Vermieter gewährleistet werden.

Viel zu teuer!

Die Wohnung entspricht leider nicht dem verlangten Preis! Der Stehtisch im Küchenbereich ist total versifft, mehrere Reinigungsversuche von uns waren erfolglos! Im EG richt es in regelmäßigen Abständen penetrant nach Heizöl, was nur duch ständiges lüften zu beheben ist. Im Obergeschoß liegen uralte Teppichböden, dazu wenn auch schön anzusehende ältere Polstermöbel. Im Fernsehzimmer im OG konnte ich mich gar nicht aufhalten, nach kurzer Zeit rang ich auf Grund der Hausstaubentwicklung nach Luft. Schlafen im benachbarten Zimmer war nur bei geöffnetem Fenster möglich! Nach 4 Nächten haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und sind abgereist!!!

Urlaub in schöner Natur

Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Es fehlte an nichts. Es gab nur einiges Unpraktisches: z.B. ließ sich die Spülmaschinentür nicht vollständig öffnen. Die Kühlschranktür ging in die falsche Richtung auf. Das Besteck sollte einmal erneuert werden. Und leider konnte man nicht direkt aus der Wohnung heraus auf die Terrasse treten. Positiv ist zu vermerken, dass die defekte Waschmaschine umgehend repariert wurde. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütlichkeit mit Stil

Wunderbares Ferienhaus bzw Haushälfte in Küstennähe. Mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Vintage trifft auf Landhausstil. Großer Garten mit Terrasse. Autostellplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Keine 100 Meter bis zum Badesee. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Im Haus ist wirklich alles da, was man so braucht, egal ob Küche, Bad oder sonst. Paddel- und Ruderboot haben wir nicht genutzt, ist aber sicher auch total schön auf dem See. Großer Garten und schöner Ausblick. Ab und an fährt auf der Straße ein Trecker vorbei, sonst ist es fast eine Alleinlage. Trotzdem ist man schnell in Dagebüll oder Niebüll, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf erhält. Von Dagebüll oder Nordstrand starten die Fähren auf die nordfriesischen Inseln, d.h. abwechslungsreiche Tagesausflüge sind möglich. Man braucht nur definitiv ein Auto oder ein Rad, um mobil zu sein und sich versorgen zu können. Bei uns sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben :-)

Ferienwohnung mit Weitblick und Ruhe

Wir haben den Garten sehr genossen und den Blick vom Bett zum See. Wenn man das Fenster über Nacht offen lässt wird man von Schwalben im Zimmer geweckt. Ausstattung war gut, man hat alles was man braucht. Mit Hunden kann man nur über Strassen spazieren gehen, die aber kaum befahren sind.

Rundherum sehr schöne und nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit dem See vorm Haus absolut toll.
