close to JAX INTL airport, 3 minutes away. shuttle on call anytime. Very close for those early morning flights. Nice early breakfast bar opens at 0500am.

Very clean. Check in went smoothly

Everything was prefect, except I had to request towels 3 times in person and once in the phone … the Towels never came to my room. I had to go downstairs to get them myself. First time a lady said she’ll send them up, took my room number and all. I called from the room when I got upstairs, still no towels. Same thing when I asked a gentleman at the front desk. The next day I asked and told them I’ll take them up myself. That’s when I finally got the towels. That was not very convenient having to wait for towels that never came

Please place microwaves in the rooms. It doesn't make sense to have refrigerators in the rooms but not provide microwaves. There is one "shared" microwave for all residents.
