We had to fight for ice. I know this is an American thing, but why should it be so hard to accommodate a desire for ice? We were told several times that the ice machine was broken, even though we knew that was a lie.
The temperature in the rooms was stuffy. A/C would be nice but we were told it was only turned on in summer. Fine, we understand energy prices are high.
The mattresses need to be replaced, the mini fridge was mildewed, and the shower head was not working properly.
Another improvement that could be made is to upgrade the entertainment ability to allow for streaming services.
Overall, the hotel was decent and we were only there at night until mid morning. The breakfast was a big plus, although some variation in the hot items from day to day would be nice for guests that stay a long time.

Excellent staff and front desk, fantastic breakfast buffet, roomy and comfortable apartment in good area with several restaurants around the corner. Felt extremely safe and we enjoyed our stay.
