From check in to check out it was the most enjoyable experience. The front desk lady asked why we were there, and I stated husband's birthday/Mother's Day weekend. I was then given a flower, and my husband was given a gift basket with snacks wrapped up as a present. Room was beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Nice walking trails with easy access from our unit. Many facility activities that we didn"t use on this trip. Beautiful and clean units. We couldnt access different apps using their WiFi. I'm only marking them down a star because the hot water was only good for one person to take a 5 minute shower however, I did report it upon check out and they issued a work order on it so I'm sure they will address it.

Beautiful Time on the Cumberland Plateau

Very pleasant stay for three nights. Beautiful development ....... helped by being located in a beautiful part of Tennessee and the USA. Very attractive property and more specifically condominium unit in Laurel Ridge. The only, somewhat annoying (but understandingly so given the timeshare nature of the property) experience was the check-in process. However, once I presented my lack of interest in any timeshare presentations, they were very pleasant in speeding up the check-in process.
