The place was very clean. The pool and hot tub were very clean everywhere we looked. Someone was cleaning something all the time. It was wonderful! The staff is not only friendly and welcoming, but very helpful and very thorough. We were visiting our granddaughter and the stay here made it that much more wonderful!

1. Gave handicap room 2. Problems with the heater be warm then u were freezing they had no other rooms so we couldn’t change 3. Handicap room had king bed but on 1 side had a big dip to make a lump in the middle, so only had half the bed for use. I complain to front desk and for them to give refund or credit they were contacting you and I was suppose to contact you also. Please take care of this and get back with me. Thank you

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Unfortunately situated on the edge of a small town, along the freeway. So quite isolated. Walk or drive over the freeway to where the restaurants are.
