Review

The stay was overall good and we had fun, but the pictures in the listing are not accurate. The balcony for one looked very different, to the point of being near false advertising. It looked very worn and run down, unlike the brand new colorful images provided. On top of this, the floorboards of said balcony were very shaky and felt like it could give at any moment. Not to mention the spa was damaged, and we were not informed until we had already arrived. The house itself was nice, but there were too many negatives outweighing the positives, as well as safety concerns.

Fourth of July Fun

Good spot for a Fourth of July getaway weekend. Enjoyed the deck in the cool evenings. And we got a great view of the fireworks over Lake Gregory from the end of street!

Cozy A frame nestled in the woods near Lake Gregory

Beautiful home, well kept close to Lake Gregory in Crestline, CA. Also a close drive to Lake Areowhead. Home was accomodating and cozy. Perfect for a family trip to thr mou tains and lakes where you can do many activities for a reasonable cost.

Girls Weekend

The cabin was perfect for 6 of us. The decor was very cute and updated. Beds were super comfy. It was our first time in the area so we loaded up at Trader Joes beforehand. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve drinks, snacks and meals. Beautiful view. Easy to get to town, lakes and hikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, looks newly remodeled. Loved the Harry Potter theme. Only drawback was limit of two vehicles and no street parking

WONDERFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY

stayed for the weekend 10-13 thru 10-15. Property is clean, welll maintained, perfect location for our Women’s retreat. We love the openness of the house. It felt like home. Complete with kitchen supplies, had great coffee maker, working gas oven amd stove. We would love to stay there again. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the slow draining dual sink on the first floor. Thank you for having the wonderful amenities like the fireplace in living room, gas fire pit outside with the chairs, jacuzzi, board games and so much more. We made unforgettable memories. Thank you.

A Wonderful Experience!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils. Check-in was easy. Communication was excellent! The Harry Potter theme was a plus for our five and 7-year-old grandchildren. The owners have done a nice job decorating consistent with the Harry Potter theme. The location was excellent, on a quiet street with a view. We have stayed in many different BNBs and hotels. This stay was one of our better experiences. A happy wife is a happy vacation!
