This privately owned two bedroom duplex chalet offers stunning views over the lake and towards the mountains.
Set across two thoughtfully designed levels, this alpine retreat blends comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of the Snowy Mountains.
Downstairs, the open-plan living space invites you to unwind, with a cosy lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine and dishwasher. This level also features a second bedroom, a main bathroom, and a European laundry with drying facilities—perfect for warming boots and gloves after a day in the snow.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary, complete with stunning lake and mountain views. The private ensuite includes a bath, ideal for soaking and unwinding after a day of adventure.
A secure storage room at the front of the property provides ample space for your ski and snowboard gear in winter, or bikes and outdoor equipment during the warmer months.
In winter, curl up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes. When the weather warms, step out onto the deck and take in the tranquil water views, surrounded by the natural beauty of Crackenback.
Perfectly positioned along the Alpine Way between Thredbo and Jindabyne, the property offers easy access to the Ski Tube next door—just a quick 10-minute ride to Perisher.
Guests can also enjoy access to a range of premium on-site facilities, including restaurants, a day spa, gym, tennis courts, indoor pool, and sauna. Outdoor experiences abound, from golf and trout fishing to scenic Segway tours (additional charges may apply).
