Best beach house in Port A! Very spacious home with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs living area offered lots of room for kids to play and having 3 outside decks on the 2nd level offered even more space to enjoy. The kitchen had every appliance you could imagine. Tons of beach toys for use. Plenty of room for parking. The beds were all very comfy. The master bath was very large and the shower was nice. Will absolutely look to stay again when I'm back in Port A!

Beautiful vacation home in Port A!

This is a beautifully appointed home in the Palmilla resort community. We loved spending down time sitting on the side balcony enjoying the cool ocean breezes. The kitchen fit our needs and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. The home comes with bed linens, beach towels & bags, basic bathroom necessities and kitchenware. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great cottage!

We were a family of 8 and was very comfortable! Great location to beach and 1 of the pools! Only complaint was the outside grill was very dirty so we didn’t use it but didn’t discourage my rating of 5 stars !!

Perfect Cottage!

We loved everything about our time at Agave Cottage. The house was well stocked, and so comfortable. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, the sandbox full of beach toys, and the awesome private grill. The firepit and greenspace out front is communal but we had awesome neighbors! Loved renting the golf cart to have for the week, made for easy pool and beach access over the dune bridge. We will be back!

Fantastic weekend getaway

Escaped houston for the weekend and loved this property. Very clean. Great linens. Super comfy beds. Everything you could need and gold cart rental super easy to pick up— right across the street from pool and office. Location is perfect marker 23 for bridge or 26 for regular entrance. Far away view of water but balconies on all 4 sides which is great. Be careful with barn door in master—it comes off the rail. I let Turn Key know and they said they’d fix right away. Overall exceeded our expectations and we will be back.

Nice home, some issues

Overall the property was great except for some maintenance and cleanliness issues. There was mold or mildew around one door and some light fixtures were humidity was obviously coming in around the seals. This resort is overpriced when compared to similar resorts on the island that offer similar amenities. The house itself and the the beds/furniture were all quite nice and comfortable, but make sure you check that doors and windows are actually locked when you check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was wonderful. Had a small problem with sugar ants. Trash can was full when we arrived on a Friday. The pool area was great. Needs to be cleaned everyday. I’m talking trash not being picked up. I was disappointed in the office not being open at least from 10 to 6 or so everyday. Also, the bar area at pool was only opened on the weekend. Over all it’s a great place.

Excellent home for a family vacation

3 families, 4 kids under 4, plenty of elbow room for everyone to play, eat, sleep and enjoy the home. Perfect location in Port Aransas, close to town, direct access to the beach, what more could you ask for? Palmilla is a great place to stay and we'll definitely be back to the Agave house.

Awesome home!

Everything was wonderful and easy to rent/access. House is beautiful and has all that’s needed. This was our second stay at 104 Agave and we will return again.

Well appointed home

This is a great home to rent with every detail well thought through from all the modern appliances in the kitchen to the beach towels hanging in the mud room for your use. And a very convenient location being located just across the street from the heated pool and a short pleasant walk either to the beach or to the Black Marlin restaurant, located on the resort property, for dinner and drinks.

All the details were there, with 3 large bedrooms that slept our party of 5 very comfortably. The gas grill was a nice accessory to have. Coffee maker for both drip & Keurig pods. Great open living/ dining/ kitchen space. Very well equipped to cook in. New appliances, great views, awesome experience. Will surely be back.

Reviewer Comments: The house is great - clean, great location, well-stocked for staying in with full kitchen dishes and cooking utensils, games, towels and more. Only thing lacking was the connection between Turnkey and Palmilla - information about property amenities wasn't available until check in and then, because the property was busy we weren't able to partake in some because we found reservations had to be made far in advance (which wasn't shared by Turnkey).
